PHASE 1

  • SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT

    • Oversee direct access to the CEO's time, energy, and attention by maintaining the calendar, prioritizing important matters, and preserving work-life balance.

    • Coordinate clients, sales, partner, and team meetings, send calendar invitations, confirm and/or reschedule appointments, send agendas, and schedule follow-up meetings.

  • EMAIL COMMUNICATION

    • Organize and prioritize incoming correspondence to filter urgent needs, follow-ups, informational or educational items, deleting junk, and prioritizing conflicting needs with grace.

    • Respond to client, sales, and marketing emails based on knowledge of the executive's views, philosophy, and an understanding of the business.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION

    • Proofread and edit critical emails, proposals, and/or articles for spelling, grammar, formatting, and alternative interpretations.

    • Conduct research and summarize findings for client-related work, sales opportunities, marketing events, travel options, and general operational enhancements.

  • CLIENT IMPACT SUPPORT

    • Communicate on behalf of the CEO to support scheduling, deliverables, gathering information for or from the client, optimal productivity, and overall client success.

    • Provide support during client calls to take notes, make recommendations, summarize key talking points, and document action steps and processes.

    • Help TSG and clients stay accountable to agreed upon timelines, communication, and commitments, as well as anticipate next steps and potential needs.

PHASE 2, upon promotion

  • MARKETING CONFERENCE & EXPO MANAGEMENT

    • Coordinate marketing sessions and/or webinars, including application timelines, overviews, submissions, checklists, attendance goals and data, and evaluations.

    • Coordinate in-person marketing events, including prospect meetings, travel and lodging research, and the shipping and handling of equipment.

  • SALES ENABLEMENT VIA CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)

    • Organize the CRM spreadsheet database to track sales interest, prioritize and follow through on action items, and ensure the company is staying current on prospect follow-up.

    • Respond to sales inquiries via email, phone, text, and/or social media (using templates).

    • Attend prospect calls, participate, take notes, and follow-through on tasks as assigned.

    • Enter new sales into QuickBooks, send invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.

THE TIMELINE

  • Complete your application and wow us with your audition video and role demonstration.

  • Within a week, you will know if you are being scheduled for 1‒2 interviews with the CEO and/or COO.

  • After your second interview, upon success and selection, we will present you with an offer.

  • Once you accept the offer, get ready for your First Day Experience at TSG.

  • Begin your 90-day onboarding and training to set up your future success.
