THE PITCH

Part project coordinator, part problem solver, part get-stuff-done ninja, full-time Executive Assistant. You are the TSG Gatekeeper and responsible for day-to-day operations. (Well, not yet; you have to apply first.)

The Total Solutions Group is not your average company and this is not your average assistant role. We are a small, innovative, and 100% remote entrepreneurial organization that helps companies and their people become the best versions of themselves. You will facilitate the ability for the CEO to effectively lead the company and you’ll be a part of support and decision making for nearly every vital function of the business from marketing reach to sales opportunity to client impact.

THE COMPANY

At TSG, we work with executive teams of mid-sized companies who realize they must align their culture, strategy, and capability to achieve what’s Really Most Important™ now and for the long-term. We custom-build and implement end-to-end solutions through strategic consulting and results-based training to achieve a culture-driven transformation. Learn more here.

Most people typically invest more time at work than at home, so work needs to be a place where we can become the best versions of ourselves through the work we do and the organization we’re a part of, unlocking the true potential and performance of both the organization and the person at the same time. People who have better experiences at work take home more wins and less stress to their families and friends. Isn’t that what you want?
