As the founder and CEO of Total Solutions Group, a strategic consulting and results-based training firm, he has demonstrated expertise in organizational transformation, culture/strategic alignment, global leadership development, change management, and the fusion of customer/employee experience.

Under his leadership, TSG has generated $3.25 billion in ROI for its clients through growth, profitability, innovation, and efficiency. Jack has spearheaded fifteen M&As and ten turnarounds from start to finish while launching four new business units. TSG’s impressive client list includes Gaming Labs International, Bosch, Johnson Controls, Highmark Health, Mountain America Credit Union, Microsoft, Novartis, Genentech, and Moderna.

• Growth: Led the cultural and strategic transformation of a global market leader, enabling it to become more decisive, agile, and future-ready. This resulted in the strengthening of its core business line and the integration of four new business verticals, leading to a 225% increase in revenue and a 17% increase in EBITDA.

• Capability: Helping a $5 billion organization double its size in just 18 months, well ahead of its 10-year plan. This was achieved through the transformation and integration of its culture, strategy, and business model. This also included a re-engineered approach to talent development that focused on building targeted capability against customer needs and market trends rather than through just job role and products/service training.

• Culture: Transformed a Fortune 100 global company’s North American Innovation Hub (14 business units and 7 corporate research departments) that yielded $125 million in new revenue, and a 28% increase in EBITDA within 18 months across the enterprise. • Chief Executive Officer & Chief Strategy Officer at a mid-sized credit union, where he spearheaded a complete turnaround. Under his leadership, the credit union grew from $446 million in assets and a $7 million loss to $650 million in assets and a $10 million profit, while achieving industry-leading margins.

• Chief Strategy Officer & Executive Director of Campus Impact for Collegiate Empowerment, where he helped them become the leader in student and professional development in colleges and universities. They served over half of the 4000+ universities and colleges across the United States and over 2.5 million students.

• Global Commercial Leader & Master Trainer for Dale Carnegie Training, where he focused on leading large-scale transformation and leadership development that achieved global growth and expansion for Fortune 500 clients in industries such as consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and banking.

Jack has a relentless passion for higher education and is actively involved with two universities:

• Kutztown University, where he is the chair of the College of Business Advisory Board and creator of the entrepreneurial incubator. This focuses on elevating entrepreneurial ventures across the university and in the Lehigh Valley, PA business community.

• Rider University, where he helped build their core leadership skills program which provided students with real-time skills, confidence, and a plan to truly succeed in the first step of their career path. Jack received a B.S. from Kutztown University in Marketing/Management with a concentration in I/O Psychology. He lives with his wife Jennifer in Jackson NJ and their 2 children Allison & Brandon and their dog Baymax.
